About Al Muqlad

A local contractor that stays on site until handover.

We have spent 19 years building residential and commercial buildings in Oman, from family villas to buildings with basements and swimming pools.

We clear and excavate the plot, including the deep digs needed for basements and pools.
Stage 2
Shuttering & steel
Our crews set the formwork and reinforcement for footings, columns and slabs.
Stage 3
Quality control
Concrete is tested on site with slump tests, cube samples and temperature readings.
